Printer Fleet Management brings meter, service, contract and billing tracking together on one panel for printer rental and technical service companies. Deviceye offers this solution through the PrintBeacon platform: an agent installed at the customer site discovers the printers on the network and collects meters, toner levels and error codes without manual entry.
Reading meters one by one and transferring them to invoices by hand is slow and error-prone. In PrintBeacon, period-based invoices are generated directly from meter data; contracts, technical service records, and toner and parts stock are managed in the same system, and field teams work with a mobile app that also runs offline.
